JUDE 14

Jude 1:14 NKJV
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,

Jesus had been teaching me things concerning His second coming. Throughout the gospels Jesus speaking in red letters declared His coming to be at the end of the great tribulation. At the "last day" He declares many times that He will return with the holy angels of God to gather His elect body of believers into heaven. In the same breath Jesus declares, when He returns with His holy angels "they" will execute judgement on all who did not believe in the name of Jesus.

Then I came to Jude 14 and in the New King James version this verse says Jesus is coming with saints. Confused by the contradiction to many previous scriptures, I asked Jesus why this verse says saints. His answer was, "they are not saints they are angels".

At that time I only had the KJV and the NKJV and they both said saints. I truly believed what the Lord had revealed so I asked how I could prove what He had revealed to me. First He pointed to the number "ten thousands" and He reminded me that the 144,000 are divided into groups of twelve thousands, so it can't be a reference to them. Other than the 144,000 God has always referred to His saints as inummerable, so it can't be a reference to saints either.

Revelation 5:11 declares, who these are, returning with Jesus and it is the same as the rest of the scriptures have already declared. The Holy angels of God. In any translation available if you compare Jude 14 with Revelation 5:11 and Daniel 7:10 the number is translated the same within the various translations

Jesus also pointed to Jude 15 which declares that these who come with Him at His return will execute judgement on the ungodly. Which is consistant with what He said would happen in the gospels and throughout the epistles. Ironically even in the King James version,
2 Thessalonians 1:7 references Jude 14??? Thessalonians clearly declares our Lords coming with His mighty angels to deliver us and take vengeance on those who do not know God. These 2 verses describe the same event in the same way except Jude 14 says saints???

Why does the KJ's versions say saints in Jude 14??? The greek word for saint is hagios which means, seperate, set apart or holy. Hagios is the same word Jesus uses many times in reference to the "holy" angels of God that will return with Him at His second coming. God has hagios people in Christ and He also has hagios angels.

In many verses and in various ways the scriptures describe the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ with His "holy angels" at the end of the great tribulation to gather His "holy people" into His kingdom in heaven and execute judgement on those who have rejected Jesus.
